How to Treat a Skin Yeast Infection Naturally
Use coconut oil. Coconut oil contains three different fattyacids (caprylic, capric lauric acids) that are fungicidal, which means they kill fungisuch as Candida and other species. These fatty acids within coconut oil killyeast by destroying their cell walls, so it's very unlikely and difficult for fungi to gainresistance against them. Can I eat lentils if I have a yeast infectioné You can,fact, eat lentils. They're anexcellent food and they're a high protein source of food to eat, indeed. They containabout 25 to 30 percent of their calorie value actuallyprotein content. So they're veryhighproteins. So they are a good choice if you don't wish to eat a lot of red meator white meat or fish, for example. You need to be careful with lentils, though.Lentils can affect your nutritional status
to some degree, so they contain things calledtrypsin inhibitors, so they can reduce the availability of protein through inhibitionof something they contain; only to a minor degree, but you wouldn't want to eat lentilslike all the time. You may want to eat them a few times per week. I find it quite an agreeabledish. They also contain things called phytates whichare a particular type of acid containedthemthis legume which can reduce the availabilityof zinc and iron to a small degree and also calcium and magnesium. But lentils are a fantasticsource of fiber, particularly the green ones. They're up to 30 percent fiber content, sothe red ones contain a little bit less fiber.
